Our Gluten Free Masterclass is designed for those looking for information and practical support for gluten free cooking.
The course is divided into three sessions held between February and May 2016 and it is run by Cantina’s chef and Cookbook author Stephanie Seege who will share her knowledge and skills by helping you to create dishes that not only reflect modern culinary trends but can also help make a difference to your life.
Each class is priced at £50 per person (or £60 with Stephanie’s book Soulflavours) or £140 for three tickets of the same class, and includes a gluten-free lunch using all the ingredients and food produced in the class and a “Helping GF Kit” which is intended to give information on how to start a gluten-free life. The electronic kit will include a guide on how the different gluten-free flours work and where to shop (online and offline) for special ingredients.
The masterclass begin at 9.00am for coffees and 9.30am with introductions, followed by a demo and practical bakery.
This course is suitable for anyone searching for gluten-free inspiration and will take place on Sunday 6th March, Saturday 2nd April and Saturday 7th May.
