Meet our baker who will share his trade secrets in preparing fresh “pane” (Italian for bread) just like grandma used to. 24 January focuses on Focaccia and Grissini.
Classes cost £28.50 per person and begin at 10.30am with introductions, followed by a demo and practical bakery.
Classes come to a close at 12pm when you will get to indulge in the fruits of your labour and feast on your creations accompanied by delicious charcuterie and fresh mozzarella platter, complimented by our extra virgin olive oil from Puglia.
This will lead on to main course and dessert specially created by head chef Marco Goldin for the ultimate afternoon package.
