Still think Italian dishes are best topped with Parmesan or even truffle? One taste of Michele’s supper club menu and you will think again…
After an extremely lively Verona themed supper club last month we are excited to announce that on Wednesday 30th January we will be hosting a Sustainable Supper Club with Bottarga Borealis, a renowned producer of the Italian delicacy Bottarga.
Bottarga is often thought of as the truffle of the sea. The salted and cured fish roe was all but unheard of outside the Italian islands of Sicily and Sardinia until relatively recently, but is now becoming popular all over the world.
Join us from 7pm for welcome glass of bubbles, followed by a 4 course menu specially created by Head Chef Michele Tricarico, incorporating bottarga into each of the dishes, highlighting the versatility and quality of the product.
Lia Berti from Bottarga Borealis will co-host the evening, saying a few words on Bottarga Borrealis and the company’s ethos is around sustainable fishing and zero waste
The supper is priced at £35 per person and includes 4 courses and a welcome glass of bubbles.
Please note wine is not included, and service charge will be added on the evening.
