Marco has teamed up with Head Chef Michele to create a special menu showcasing these artisan Italian ingredients from Marco’s family business in Padova.
Enjoy dishes such as artisanal cold cuts, mozzarella cheese & home made bread, smoked scamorza risotto with bacon , and a main course of roast pork shoulder, severd with soft polenta, mushroom & cheese.
