Head Chef Ivano has prepared a selection of his favourite traditional Italian dishes for you to try. Help yourself to as much as you like from the counter for your starter and dessert and choose from main dishes such as Sciallatielli gamberi e zucchine (homemade egg free pasta with cream of courgette) and traditional Easter Cosciotto d’agnello arrosto (braised leg of lamb, spinach, roast potatoes and lamb jus)
